Vaishali Mhalgi started RICHS with a single conviction: that institutions — schools, colleges, hostels, offices — deserve food that is clean, consistent, and made with care. Not bulk catering afterthought. Not caterers who show up once and disappear. But a system.
Over fifteen years, that conviction became infrastructure. A single FSSAI-certified kitchen in Ravet, Pune now powers 14 food brands — Student Thali, Little Kids Tiffin Box, Sarv Samavesh Caterers, Thali & Buns, Paan Paradise, Mithai Mahal, and more — serving students, working professionals, and events across the Pune-Pimpri-Chinchwad belt.
Vaishali directly oversees kitchen operations, food safety protocols, quality consistency, and new brand development. Her hands-on model means every process, recipe standard, and supplier relationship traces back to her direct accountability.
