1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing richsglobal.in or placing an order through any channel, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Services

RICHS Global provides an online food ordering platform for 14 food brands operated from our FSSAI-certified central kitchen in Ravet, PCMC, Pune. We offer walk-in/takeaway, home delivery (Ravet–PCMC area), catering and bulk orders, and subscription meal services where available.

3. Ordering and Payment

• Orders are confirmed only after payment verification — UPI screenshot confirmation or Razorpay payment verification.
• All prices include 5% GST unless otherwise stated.
• Delivery charges apply as shown at checkout. Free delivery on orders above ₹299.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders if payment is not confirmed within 30 minutes of placement.
• We accept UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), debit/credit cards, and net banking via Razorpay.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

• Orders may be cancelled within 5 minutes of placement if kitchen preparation has not begun.
• Once preparation begins, cancellation is not possible.
• Refunds for valid cancellations are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
• For wrong, missing, or spoiled items — contact us within 2 hours with photo proof. We will offer replacement or refund at our discretion.
• Razorpay processes all card/net banking refunds. UPI refunds go directly to your UPI-linked account.

5. Delivery

• Estimated delivery times are indicative and may vary based on order volume, distance, and kitchen load.
• We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other external factors.
• Customers must provide accurate delivery addresses including GPS pin where requested. Failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses are not eligible for refund.
• Delivery is available within serviceable areas of Ravet, Akurdi, Pimpri-Chinchwad.

6. Food Safety

All food is prepared in our FSSAI-certified central kitchen. FSSAI License details are displayed on all invoices. We follow strict hygiene and temperature compliance standards.

7. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
• You must provide accurate information when creating a profile.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
• Social login (Google) is provided via Google OAuth2. We do not store your Google password.

8. Payments Security

All card and net banking payments are processed by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway licensed by RBI. RICHS Global does not store any card details. For UPI payments, transactions go directly to our registered UPI ID (8855061800@upi).

9. Intellectual Property

All content on richsglobal.in including brand names, logos, recipes, and images are the property of RICHS Global / Vaishali Kunal Mhalgi. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the specific order in dispute. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our platform.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify significant changes via WhatsApp or email.
