Delivery Policy

RICHS Global delivers fresh food from our central kitchen in Ravet, PCMC, Pune. All food is prepared fresh and dispatched immediately after preparation.
1. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to the following areas in Pune:
- Ravet
- Akurdi
- Pimpri-Chinchwad (PCMC)
- Wakad
- Hinjewadi (Phase 1 and 2)
- Punawale
- Tathawade
If your area is not listed, contact us on WhatsApp — we may be able to accommodate.
2. Delivery Charges

3. Delivery Time
- Standard delivery: 30–60 minutes from order confirmation
- Peak hours (12–2 PM, 7–9 PM): may take up to 75 minutes
- Catering orders: scheduled in advance as agreed
- Estimated time is shown at checkout and on your order confirmation
4. Tracking Your Order
After placing an order:
- You will receive a WhatsApp confirmation with your order number
- Track your order at richsglobal.in/orders
- Our rider will call before arrival
5. Failed Delivery
- If you are unavailable at the delivery address, our rider will call and wait 5 minutes
- If unreachable after 3 attempts, the order will be marked as failed delivery
- Failed deliveries due to customer unavailability or incorrect address are not eligible for refund
- Failed deliveries due to our error will be fully refunded
6. Food Safety During Delivery
- All food is packed in tamper-evident, food-grade packaging
- Hot food is delivered in insulated bags to maintain temperature
- Do not accept the order if the packaging appears tampered or damaged — contact us immediately
