RICHS — Red Inner Circle Hospitality Services — is a food infrastructure company based in Ravet, Pune. We operate 14 distinct food brands from a single centrally licensed kitchen, serving students, school children, working professionals, event organizers, and care facilities across the Pimpri-Chinchwad-Pune belt.

RICHS is not a restaurant. It is not a cloud kitchen chasing Zomato orders. It is a distributed food operating system — each brand designed for a specific customer segment, all drawing from the same quality-controlled production facility under FSSAI Licence 11524019000270.

The model is deliberate: central production reduces cost and maintains consistency; purpose-built brands serve each segment without compromise. A student tiffin customer should not receive event catering economics. A school child's nutrition program should not be run like a quick-service restaurant. Each brand has its own menu philosophy, pricing structure, and service design — but a shared commitment to food safety and consistency that a single dispersed operation could never maintain.

All production at RICHS occurs in a single, centrally licensed facility. This is a deliberate operational choice — it means every meal produced under any RICHS brand is subject to the same HACCP protocols, the same cold chain standards, and the same third-party audit schedule.

Vaishali Mhalgi is the founder and proprietor of RICHS Global. She oversees all kitchen operations, food safety protocols, new brand development, and supplier relationships. With 15+ years in institutional catering, Vaishali built the multi-brand shared-kitchen model before it became an industry trend.
